I live living here, I’ve made many friends and have a good roommate. Except the occasional party’s and the pool being overcrowded, everything works out great

Good place to stay safe and secure. Amenities are nice as well and plenty of outdoor study space. The trash tends to smell in the parking garage especially by the doors to enter the building. I hope they get a better trash system.

Sova is a nice place for student living. The amenities are very nice and apartments are updated. The shared areas and hallways can get pretty dirty and the trash chutes are always overflowing.

i start in the fall so i don’t live here quite yet but i have friends that live there and they have nothing but good things to say about it!

One of my roommates is a racist, territorial, and controlling little brat. But outside of that everything is great. I love the apartment and amenities, its very nice. I wish we had valet trash though

I love it here. Best place to live. I will refer to a friend. The environment is great and the events are very great. The staff is very friendly.

Overall a very good experience. The parking deck was a struggle tho but everyone was friendly and helpful in the leasing office. The amenities are pretty awesome and there is always so much to do here.

Overall it is a nice place to stay, I would say there should be more attention to cleanliness in the hallways and maintenance. Otherwise it is fine really.

I really like sova because it seems safer and more student friendly. I also like the location of the apartment complex. It’s close to a lot of activities and not too far from the school.

Great place to live. I can’t say that with packages they sometimes get lost and they people are unable to help. But other than that everything is good maintenance is quick and very helpful
